In a cozy club-inspired setting, where wood, stones and soft light create a sophisticated cocoon, the Lodge Park Spa becomes a hub for total regeneration. This new wellness area, completely redesigned, offers a path based on contrast and performance, for an avant-garde mountain regeneration. Alternating hot and cold baths, ice caves, steam rooms and sensory showers... so many steps that make up a real thermal alternation.

Inspired by the purity of the Alps, this luxury sanctuary is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.. Access to the wellness facilities (saunas, steam room, ice room) as well as to the fitness room is reserved for people over 16 years of age. To preserve the tranquility of the place, children under 12 years of age are welcomed between 8:30 and 17:00, accompanied by an adult, with access to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

What are the opening hours of the Lodge Park Spa?

Our Wellness Area is open every day for hotel guests. We recommend that you book your Spa treatments in advance.
Wellness area & pool 7 days a week : of 7:00am to 10:30pm
Pure Altitude Spa : every day of 9:30 to 12:30 And of 15:00 to 20:00

Children's access to the Wellness Area for hotel guests

For safety reasons and in accordance with regulations, access to the infrared sauna, sauna, steam room, ice cave and gym is strictly Forbidden to children under 16.

Access to the pool Children under 16 are allowed only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult and at certain times. Under no circumstances can children be alone in the Wellness Area.

The hours of access to the pool for children are fixed 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Outside of these hours, the pool is reserved exclusively for adults. Even in the presence of a lifeguard, the supervision of children remains under the full responsibility of the parents or the accompanying adult. We remind you that our Wellness area is a place for well-being and relaxation, and not a recreational aquatic area.

In order to preserve the tranquility and the soothing atmosphere of the place, we invite parents to ensure respect for the calm and serenity of all of them.

What is the Pure Altitude Spa composed of?

The Pure Altitude Spa brings together 11 treatment rooms: 3 multi-purpose cabins, 1 duo cabin, 1 flotation bed cabin, 1 cryotherapy cabin, 1 hyperbaric chamber cabin, 1 neuroregulation cabin, 1 photobiomodulation cabin, 1 photobiomodulation cabin, 1 multi-purpose office and 2 rest areas equipped with tea pots.

Do you have a fitness room?

Yes, the Lodge Park hotel has a gym equipped with Technogym cardio and strength equipment.
It has three areas: a cardio-training area, a muscle space and a yoga/Pilates area with 1 classic bike, 1 running bike, 2 elliptical bikes, treadmills, rowing machine, rowing machine, punching bag & Klein ball.

Do you have specific care for pregnant women?

Yes, we offer a special care for pregnant women, the Pure Mama treatment, specially designed for women during pregnancy. We do not recommend care for pregnant women during the first trimester. In addition, do not hesitate to ask our therapists for advice before booking your treatment.

Do you offer duo treatments?

Yes, a double cabin allows you to enjoy a shared treatment experience for two. Remember to ask for the DUO cabin for your next reservation.

What brand is used in care rituals?

The Lodge Park Spa uses Pure Altitude, the natural cosmetics brand created by our House in Megève. Inspired by mountain plants: edelweiss, arnica, gentian, lemon balm, Pure Altitude puts the strength of alpine plants at the service of the skin to soothe, repair and protect against the aggressions of altitude. What treatments are particularly recommended after a day of skiing?

Before taking to the slopes, we offer an EMS by EM Body training, a deep muscle electrostimulation session using magnetic waves. This effortless training activates all muscle groups, improves tone and effectively prepares the body for effort, while limiting the risk of aches and pains.

After skiing, the Skier's Secret treatment is ideal for recovering: a sports massage combining tonic maneuvers, stretching and targeted pressure to stimulate circulation and detoxify muscles. The session can be completed with pressotherapy, which promotes drainage and relieves heavy legs for optimal recovery.

Yes, a detox water and infusion bar is available in the relaxation area and is offered to you after a treatment.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, our Pure Altitude gift boxes and gift vouchers are available upon request.

How do I book a treatment & under what conditions?

Reservation required for outside visitors.
‍Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.
In case of delay or no-show, the session is due.
Confirmation by payment or bank imprint.
Thanks for arriving 15 minutes before your treatment to fully enjoy the experience.
